Arlette Edmunds is UPP’s Chief People Officer and has overall accountability for the human capital strategy that underpins the organization, and is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team. She oversees all aspects of human capital including total rewards, organizational effectiveness, change leadership, performance management, talent acquisition, professional development, succession planning, and diversity, equity & inclusion.
Arlette has nearly 25 years experience leading the people agenda for large organizations in the pension and financial service sectors. She has a proven track record of delivering talent mandates that build positive corporate culture and promote long-term, sustainable growth. Arlette joins UPP from OMERS, where she most recently led human resources globally for all investment businesses as Vice-President and Head of People and Culture.
She holds the Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation from the HRPA, and the Charter Director from the Directors College at McMaster University.
