Wilfrid Laurier University Pension Plan Members Consent to Joining UPP
An important milestone on the journey toward joining the Plan.
University Pension Plan (UPP) is pleased to announce that members of the Wilfrid Laurier University Pension Plan have officially consented to join UPP. This milestone represents a significant step toward integrating Laurier members into the jointly sponsored pension plan.

With member consent secured, the next phase includes submitting a formal application to the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) for approval.
Since launching in 2021, UPP has grown steadily, now serving over 41,000 members from five universities and 14 sector organizations from across Ontario’s university sector.
