UPP engagement on member experience and responsible investing

When University Pension Plan (UPP) launched this summer, we spoke of the importance of members’ voices in shaping who we become. We are at a crucial stage—building our long-term foundations, exploring our pension support and member engagement approach, and further defining our investment roadmap. As we evolve, we want to be there for you – in the ways you need, at the times that matter – today and tomorrow. For that, we need to understand what matters most to you.

This Fall and Winter, we invite UPP members to a two-part conversation on the themes of Member Experience and Responsible Investing.

Member Survey Part One: Member Experience – NOW LIVE!
Tell us the types of services and support you value and your member experience priorities. The anonymous survey takes about 10 minutes to complete and closes on December 31, 2021.

Member Experience Virtual Townhall Series
Join one of our virtual townhalls for an open dialogue with our Pension Services team on the future of UPP’s member services, supports and communications. Townhall attendees are invited to submit questions in advance via the event registration page or on MyUPP.ca.
