At UPP, understanding what matters most to our members is essential to how we communicate, support, and serve you over time.
That’s why this spring, we’re inviting our members to take part in our 2026 survey. Building on what we heard in 2021-2022, this is an opportunity to share your perspectives—what you know about your pension, what you’d like to learn more about, and what you expect from UPP.
Your feedback will help inform how we communicate with you, the resources we develop, and the services we prioritize in the years ahead. It’s an important part of how we continually listen, learn, and stay accountable to our members.
We review results in aggregate to identify common themes and use those insights to guide improvements to communications, education, and service.
