In fall 2024, pension administration and related services are transitioning to UPP. As part of our commitment to supporting members throughout the process, we’ve developed a set of materials your organization can share to help spread the word and help members prepare for the transition. Here, you can download a variety of materials to share on your websites, intranets, or social media accounts.
The member experience page on our website is the main resource for up-to-date information on what to expect and how to prepare for the service update. Feel free to share this page in your communications.
Our Overview and Speaking Points document includes an overview of recent communication activities, key messages, and frequently asked questions your organization can use to help assist and inform members.
