In fall 2024, pension administration and related services are transitioning to UPP. As part of our commitment to supporting members throughout the process, we’ve developed a set of materials your organization can share to help spread the word and help members prepare for the transition. The member experience page on our website is the main resource for up-to-date information on what to expect and how to prepare for the service update. Feel free to share this page in your communications.
